Rufus is one of Asia Pacific's most experienced and awarded communications strategists.
Before launching Together, he led FCB's Media offering across an unparalleled period of success, winning Media Agency of the Year twice and Beacons Best in Show three years in a row, a period that also saw him named the most awarded planning director in the world.
A passionate champion of integrated thinking, he's spent most of his career in the space between brand, media and creative strategy, both in global integrated agencies and leading media networks in NZ and the UK.

Kris is one of New Zealand's leading digital and marketing technology practitioners.
Prior to the launch of Together, he was Chief Digital Officer at OMD NZ where he led the agency's Digital Media and Marketing Automation services, alongside driving integration across specialist business units including Marketing Science and Programmatic.
An advocate for connected customer experiences, he has a history of applying insight through technology to develop intuitive, meaningful and effective connections between brands and people.
Across his career, he's worked for many of the biggest integrated, direct and media agencies in Asia Pacific, and has driven digital, technology and customer strategies for brands including Air NZ, Spark, Dell and BMW.
